Brian Ryder a professional artist works from his studio at home, in Wells-next-the-Sea, where he also has a gallery of his work for public viewing. His paintings are in galleries from London, to Cambridge and East Anglia. When not painting, Brian teaches throughout the year to all levels, from traditional through to abstract and has released a video of his watercolour techniques "Ryder Round Norfolk". Brian is now working on a book "Beyond Realism" showing how paintings are progressed from on location sketches, through to watercolour, oils and abstracts. Year 2000 sees Brian off to Menorca to teach and hold a two man show at C.C.A. Cambridge in October as well as many other courses and exhibitions.
